I want to know can we have DB generated PK in CMP or not???? and if we
can have then how????? Pls give me answer in detail.
I'm using weblogic 5.1 Sybase as database in that i've one col int
taskid as an identity col, it is generated by database it self .can u tell
me in my PK class , entitybean class and all 3 XML files what changes I
shud made?
Actually whenever i tried to insert a record into database (in ejbCreate
i've not mention the field that is generated by database itself) but still
its giving SQL Exception --explicit value is given to identity col when
identity _insert is set
to off but I'm not providing any value to that inentity col
Its very urgent
