Hi,
       The connector arch. is not about this. It defines an arch. for
integrating EIS like mainframes etc. with J2EE app. servers. The EIS vendors
provide resource adapters to plug into these app. servers. CCI or common client
interface provides a uniform interface like JDBC does for RDBMS' to different
clients of EIS.
