Oracle's embedded CORBA-based EJB server that will be part of Oracle 8i
supports pass-by-value. Granted, it is build on top of Visigenic's
Visibroker which has had PBV support for a while although proprietary. I
expect that the next version of Visibroker will support the OMG PBV spec
and therefore so will Oracle 8i.
