I'm sure the various EJB provider folks on this list will address your
question in detail. I just wanted to point out that the spec doesn't
require load balancing or failover, or discuss recovery in any detail.
It's likely that the various EJB implementations will provide these sorts
of services (and that the EJB vendors will attempt to differentiate
themselves on the quality of these services), but there's no standard set
of requirements for this stuff.
