Oracle J Server (a.ka. 8.1.5) supports sqlj and includes a few reasonable examples of 
just how to use it.
Interestingly the technology should work today with  all of the EJB vendors by virtue 
of the fact that
the main part of the sqlj engine is a pre processor that produces jdbc code..which 
should just run in your ejb's.
