I would also add two additional products, Extreme Enterprise Server for EJB
3.0 (EES/EJB 3.0) and Extreme Enterprise Persistent Object Service for Java
3.2 (JPOS 3.2) from Secant Technologies.
Both products provide a flexible and efficient O/R mapping to all of the
leading relational databases. An Object Query Service is also provided
allowing you to build queries against your object model which in turn are
automatically translated into one or more relational queries using the O/R
mapping rules you have defined in your model.
All of these O/R features have been integrated seamlessly into the EES/EJB
3.0 product together with an implementation of container managed
persistence.
