the specs will change often for a while. But it is
only for server/container providers. The way you
see it, will not change too often. For example,
DeploymentDiscriptor will change. But, the
server/container povider will hide that for you.
Your code does not have to change too often.

You can use Bean managed persistent: write your
own sql.
