I might be that, but I'd expect Rickard to have seen
a message to that effect if it was.

It's more likely to be that he hasn't got an externally
visible FQDN (so reverse DNS lookups from Suns end
fail). That'd probably be a firewall configuration
problem at Rickards end.

We have this problem here (and for various reasons we
can't easily fix it) which means that we can't get
anything from the Sun Software Shop (or any other sites
which use reverse DNS) unless we go via a proxy-server
on a machine with an external FQDN.
