Hi Pankaj,
The J2EE Reference Implementation beta supports EJB1.1,
while Weblogic's server presumably supports EJB1.0
(see the EJB1.1 spec for backward compatibility issues).
This may be the reason for some of your problems.
Could you send me the exception traces that you see ?
