I thought there was an agreement in this listserv that vendors would clearly
state that product advertisements would be marked as such in the subject
line so that those who loathe spam can easily delete them? This is the
second unsolicited ad from this vendor today.

Subject: EJB Test Solution - TestMyBeans.com
Hi Folks,
We are developing a load and functional test tool for EJBs and EJB
middleware. The product is called TestMyBeans.com (
http://www.TestMyBeans.com <http://www.TestMyBeans.com> ). We are currently
seeking customers for a "Lighthouse" program that provides early access to
cutting edge technology in exchange for product feedback during the beta
test phase (scheduled for November 15).
Also, TestMyBeans.com will be exibiting at the SIGS Java conference in San
Jose 10/18 - 10/19 in case any of your group will be attending.
Brief Overview:TestMyBeans.com specializes in Load and Functional test of
middleware built with Enterprise JavaBeans (EJB's). Built specifically for
middleware component test, TestMyBeans.com lets you test the scalability and
functionality
of your EJBs prior to integration of the entire application. The Load Test
pinpoints EJB scalability bottlenecks and the
Functional Test provides a robust test harness to the EJB or middleware
application.
Thank you,
Walter Vahey
