Hi,

Question: Assuming that the EJB container I'm talking about supports
rmi-over-iiop, what are the possible ways for a client to access the
container through a firewall (client is either a java application, java
applet, or pure html client running in a browser). Not sure that its any
different of a question, but how about an EJB container accessing
another EJB container through a firewall also?

I imagine that maybe using a webserver and some sort of [proprietary?]
IIOP tunneling server is one way and also that providing a servlet that
parses html parameters and invokes the ejb is another (not so good
though for container-to-container communication).

any help is appreciated.

thanks,
Mike McKnerney
