I was under the impression that if youwanted to deal with tows froma rrelatinal table in an EJB context, you would define an Entity bean so that persistence across updates would be handled by the container for you. It appears from some posts that I've seen that you can also do SQL calls from a stateful session bean and never instantiate an entity bean . I presume this would be faster but notprovide automatic persistenc efor your datga. ANy other differencesor reasons for choosing one approach over the other? Thanks.
