start the server with a verbose (java -v weblogic.Server or -verbose
depending on the VM) flag to figure out what it loads before it complains.
Weblogic is bloody good in providing not very informative stacktraces.
Sometimes a simple regeneration of the EJB (weblogic.ejbc) helps.
