Here are some tips on what you want to know, and what you should
know about the protocol used here.
First, what you want to know:
You should check out the individual EJB Server Vendor's
web-sites and support channels.
Some of them are:
http://www.weblogic.com
http://www.gemstone.com
http://www.persistence.com
http://www.ibm.com
http://www.valto.com
etc.
I know that the Weblogic also has support newsgroups
news://www4.weblogic.com ) and tons of documentation on their web-site.
Second, what you should know:
1. Don't reply to someone's post and change the subject.
Create a new message.
2. Don't post any questions that are anything more than
superficially vendor specific.
3. Don't post any questions that are not relevant to EJB in
some way.
4. Do your homework, and use the list for questions that
remain only after that.
