Regarding the one-bean-persistent-in-multiple-databases issue I have another
question:
Suppose I want to have a sort of database partitioning, for example newly
created Order objects placed in one DB and older ones in another DB. How can
I acheive it with CPM? Any product supporting something like that?
PS: Is any CPM for ObjectDesign ObjectStore ODBMS available? I think it's
very reasonable to use a ODBMS in CPM: great performance, less coding AND
smart enough to avoid needing something like the is/setModified method that
weblogic suggests to use.

That is incorrect. I understand what you're getting at, but the thing is
that an EntityBean may consist of data from one or more databases. There
are no restrictions on where the data should come from.
