Would it for example apply to J2EE-"branded" apps being sold?

The issue isn't whether to conform to the J2EE specification (sub-specs
such as EJB), but whether they will be "J2EE branded". IBM will still
follow the specs (AFAIK), but wont use the J2EE branding. Exactly how
the differences are defined, I will happily leave to the lawyers.. :-)

Yes, I have been thinking about this myself. I'm not sure how much 3% of
0.0 is. Well, I have a pretty good idea myself, but am not sure everyone
agrees on the mathematics...

Any insights would be appreciated.
