With EJB1.1 files (which WebLogic will support next year), I recommend
that you use my tool EJX, which is available at:
http://www.dreambean.com/ejx.html

It depends. If you only change the bean you should be able to do
HotDeploy, i.e. change the JAR file only, but this depends on which
version you're using. If you're using the latest, 4.5.1, it should work
fine.
