Hello Richard, i have been developing the cabin reservation example given in your book on EJB. There is this last example of stateful session bean -- TravelAgent which has a method bookPassage(). This method should throw DoubleBookingException when a duplicate reservation occurs. But i am not able to get the exception. Hence i see duplicate records in my reservation table. Seeing the code it is quite apparent that the method won't throw this exception as the create method of reservationbean(which is called by bookPassage method) does not do anything to check double booking neither the reservation table contains any primary key. Is it left upon the readers to handle the duplicateException in the reservation bean or is there some other logic? Please help.
