Take a look at TogetherJ (http://www.togetherj.com or
http://www.togethersoft.com). Besides being an excellent UML based modelling
tool that can go back and forth between UML and code, it has a number of
built-in patterns, including an EJB one that can generate all the files for
you. It knows about EJB 1.0 and 1.1, and about Session beans and CMP and BMP
Entity beans.
I really like the product, it's much much better (IMHO) than most of it's
competitors, such as Rational Rose. It's pretty expensive though (something
like $2500)...
