Almost but not quite. EntityBeans, or any beans for that matter, are
indeed allowed to make use of implementation reuse through inheritance,
just as Thierry is doing, but they're not allowed to do interface
inheritance. This has been discussed extensively on this list, and
answers are in the archive.

Thierry, this is a bug in IPortal. Specifically, some early
implementations of EJB seems to use Class.getDeclaredMethod() instead if
Class.getMethod() when they introspect the beans, which will cause the
problem you see. Send a bug report to them.
