It is no longer available. Apparently the mgmt folks thought that "hey,
if you need the EJB files you could download the J2EE RI", so they were
removed. Fortunately they've been getting so many complaints about it
that the classes are being put online again soon. In the meantime you
can get them from the J2EE RI.
