I clicked through the download process and did not have a problem (although I
canceled the download after
it started). If you receive corrupted binaries then you may want to consider
using a download manager.

You also may want to report your problem to the download support at

     http://www3.software.ibm.com/reg/dlfeedback/dlfback-r

During the download process there are options to have IBM send you your
password, or to re-register.
