Hi Moorthy,
 you must have already installed jdk in your m/c
 this settings are for version 4.5.1
 * set the following dirs in your system classpath

C:\weblogic;C:\weblogic\lib\weblogicaux.jar;
C:\weblogic\classes;C:\weblogic\licence;
C:\weblogic\myserver\serverclasses;
C:\weblogic\myserver\clientclasses"

 * type 't3config -classpath' on command promt
include your dir where your ejb class files are
available
 go thru admin document you can find all information
i think you have to download it seperately
