Not sure about PowerTier, but the SQL driver manager/data source should
have a way to set the log writer, and should print all SQL statements to
that log writer.

For the DriverManager you should use DriverManager.setLogWriter. For the
DataSource, you need to somehow configure the server to call
setLogWriter at the proper time.
