Hi Hai,
Since you starting out clean then I would advise you to start looking at a
container that is released and stable and is ejb 1.1 compliant. My personal
chocie would be Inprise Application Server 4.0. In invite you download both
Web Logic 5.0 and IAS 4.0 and then come back here after performing the
installation of both systems and test driving some simple examples and
deplying beans trhough the console. After this I think you will understand
my choice. If your still not convinced you should go to the Inprise
Application Server 4.0 FAQ and whitepapers and learn something about what
CORBA and EJB marriage has to offer over other implementations in terms of
scalability, fail over, and performance.

PS: Also check out the great JBuilder for Solaris product with its fine
deployment support. Then when you deploy make your IT Ops guys happy by
giving them Inprise AppCenter 4.0.
