EJB uses a special JNDI SPI that goes under the name
javaURLContextFactory. The JNDI configuration file has a property that
identifies where this SPI exists. When you construct a new
InitialContext() it may or may not support LDAP, FSCX, etc but if that
one property is set, you can lookup JNDI resources.
