Do I need to restart weblogic server?

Hi,

I am using WebLogic 30 day evaluation copy.

If I want to include a new bean then,

1. I have to stop the server,
2. modify the properties file to include the beans name
3. Restart the server.

Is there anyway round for not stopping the server and still including the bean
(I am not talking about deployment!) in the server?
