Thanks for the ansers guys,
Actually the problem was created by Notepad's word wrap option. I opened the
file with Notepad and it disturbed all it's contents by wrapping. So simply
uninstalled the J2ee, deleted the dir, and reinstalled it again and then I set
the env var and it was fine
