Is there a utilitie or a IDE for creating EJB?

Hi fellow programmers. Im programming somme EJB with jbuilder 3 and its a long way building all the interfaces,pk,home and beans. Is there an (free) utilitie or a good IDE for ejb ? Thanks a lot and sorry for my poor english henry voyer
