Not to mention the changes like taglibs in JSP 1.1 and WAR files in servlet
2.2 all part of J2EE, Websphere and websphere users have some major catching
up to do...

Weblogic, EJBOSS at least 6 months advantage on the WEBSPHERE folks.
That's enough time for anybody to learn 1.1 and be ready for 2.0,
without waiting for WAS..
