Look at the J2EE specification for .war files.
You should package your files into a .war file.
The file should have the structure
/WEB-INF/web.xml
/your jsp
/WEB-INF/clases/our classes (unpacked servlets etc)
/WEB-INF/lib/your libs (packed servlets, taglibs etc)
You probably want to check out the web.xml in the mentioned specification,
or visit one or other app-server homepage and check out their docs.
I recommend Http://www.orionserver.com
