You need to change the amount of memory allowed for the Weblogic
executeable.  To do this, right-click on the weblogic executeable, choose
"properties", and click on the "memory" tab.  Then, change the Conventional
Memory Initial Environment to 1024.  If that doesn't work, then try higher
values.
