Unless you have a firewall blocking the NNTP port for outbound
connections the following URL will connect you to Bea's server,
thus you don't need an ISP/news feed of your own:
In IE/Netscape web browsers or most news clients type URL:
news://www4.weblogic.com
Then subscribe and interact with Bea's news groups.
