Hi there,

regarding the new CMP contract in EJB 2.0 the following questions arise:

1. is it *forbidden* to quote the get/set Methods in the Remote Interface ?

In 9.4.9 it is discuraged beause of the separation between the APS
(Abstract Persistence Schema) and the Client Remote Interface...
however there are some exceptions... (page 119)

Now in the BEA EJB 2.0 beta CMP-release notes they say, that it is generally
forbidden (so no exceptions like on page 119... Is this based on a EJB 2.0 version
earlier than the public preivew ?

2. there seems to be no possiblity to restrict a certain range of persistent
attributes (e.g. a value range 0 <= accountlimit). So is there really no possiblity
for the beanprovider to have control over values/ranges of CMF and CMR ?

thanks and best regards,
Berni.
