You need to set up a driver and then create a datasource via the WAS Admin client,
then use JNDI from the beans to find the data sources.
Even though they use XML files, IBM doesn't seem to like people change the property
files.

Where is a properties file for the Websphere Application Server? Somewhere
we can keep the details and read them as into a resource bundle or a
properties object.
The requirement being to pick up some database details like the URL, user id
and password from a properties file. The EJBs will pick these details and
make the data retrieval.
