I also support the Nail's view.
Some thing should have to be done to control the headhunters to invade our
mailing list.
Sun people should filter out such headhunters.
Or create a separate mailing list for java opportunities.

I think the one & only solution for that is, to scan the messages
for such contents & to reject them. This is a task for the
mailing-list Admin's at Sun.
