I think that major benefit is knowledge exchange and ability to help each
other to solve some J2EE related problems.

P.S.  By the way, Tolu  �a senior enterprise-javabean consultant� is not in
fashion in this season try to get title �a senior principal EJB architect� for
example it might bring more respect.

Yes . But does it make sense to go to a church service to sell holy objects
just because thier are religious people there ? Does it make sense to hawk
newspapers in a library because it is filled with literate people ? Just
because a place is logical and convienient does not mean it is *appropriate*

Yes, but so what ?  if they were to contact me individually (ie not tagged
to the list, I wouldn't mind.
