Muchas gracias Louis. My problem was that my client didnt have the reference (classpath) to the token object !!!! Weird it compiled anyways ????? It took the implementation of the interface and not from the object. So thats why it returned null !!!!! Thanks a lot of the answers it helped me a lot to understand the values parameters for ejb's.
