Conversion from a simple class to EJB

Hi,

        I have a query regarding conversion from a simple class to EJB.

        I have to convert my simple classes to EJBs for my enterprise
application.

        1) Can anyone pass some info. on this?
        2) What are the difficulties in converting to EJBs?
        3) Any reading material/site info?
