As per the EJb 1.1 specs use of setRollbackOnly, getRollbackOnly are not
allowed for bean managed transactions - in this case the bean itself is in
control of the transactions
The setRollback method is to be used by beans with container managed
transactions to inform the container to rollback the transaction since the
bean itself is not directly in control of the transaction
