Paolo, the reason you have not got an answer so far it is
probably because this is not a WebSphere (or WebLogic...) forum,
but EJB. In here we are supposed to discuss general issues
regarding EJB architecture and not particular problems
relating to a particular App Server or IDE.

For WebSphere , you should post your questions on the IBM newsgroup
news://ibm.software.websphere.application-server

which is under the news://software.ibm.com

you will find plenty of advice there......

Ciao
Max

Subject: Websphere (advanced edition) and Connectors

Hi,

I posted a question some days ago concerning this subject,
probably I did'n succeed in explaining my problem.

I have to select the right product between Websphere Appl. Server AE and
Websphere Appl. server EE (version 3).

What if I use Visualage for Java 3 connectors to CICS (built with
Ent. Acc. Builder) inside an EJB (not a servlet)?

Am I allowed to do that in Advanced Edition EJB Server o there are
restrictions?

Any help is much appreciated.
TIA.
