Programming with Java and CORBA (John Wiley, 1997). A comprehensive
documentation of CORBA, including examples implementations from the
major vendors of CORBA is Jon Siegel's CORBA 3 Fundamentals and
Programming (2nd Ed) (John Wiley, 2000)
