It is mentioned in the specs how the container serializes the access to the
EB when concurrent request comes. the problem is that if we allow the bean
re-entrant than concurrent access is possible in the following manner.
Bean A calls---->Bean B  and beanB calls method On Bean A(loop back). The
container may be confused as it cannot distinguish the concurrent request
and the loopback calls.
