With VA You can get a simple EB up and running in about 3 Minutes, because it generates everything except Your business method implementations. You can change the implementation and test without having to redeploy Your bean. This is simply impossible with Kawa & J2EE. While I'm not so impressed from WebSphere, the EJB development environment of VA is the most productive I've seen yet.
