JBuilder is just and IDE.

Subject: Reg Application Server
hi,
i have got 2 queries :
1. Can anyone please tell me whether JBuilder 3 has an application
server as well or do i have to use weblogic or any other server.
2. I have installed weblogic but the EJB deployer is not working. It
gives some java.lang.String exception. What could be the problem?
Bye
Vijay
