Where you are free to configure the design of your EJBs. supports cmp, bmp
integrated ant support, DAO generation. Supports generation for Jonas,
JBoss, WLS and Sun RI.

I'm not familiar with that kind of tool but...
You can use orion server at http://www.orionserver.com . It's a free
development server , it has
a simple GUI tool to create simple entity beans.His code generator is not
that good but it builds the XML and
the bean for you.
There are some servers' vendors that have similar tools.
If you mean the ejb-jar DTD you can find it here:
