The source is included in the "Developer's Guide" CD or download. You can
get it by (surprise!) filling out the form at:
http://www.gemstone.com/order_form/index.html
Sadly, the only way I know of to get the source is to have GemStone mail
you a CD, or to download the whole CD worth of stuff...
