IBM has an eBusiness Patterns website that might help you. It is not
completely specific to IBM products, so you can use their suggestions
without using their products (of course, they would prefer you use their
products (and I can vouch for VAJava)).

Actually I have to design a complete frame work for a B2B product. It will
include catalog, exchange and supply chain management and UDDI also. The
target technology is of course "EJB".
        I want to have look at some of the best architectures used for B2B
products...
        Can any body provide some information on this..
