Joe: Thanks for your reply. I did not use administered queues because I wanted the tempQueue to last as long as the stateful bean in there. The JMS spec **does not** have a delete method for non-temporary Destinations. What I want is currently provided partly by temporaryDesitnations and partly by nonTemporary Destiantions. TemporaryDestinations can be deleted, but they cannot be identified by a JNDI name. On the other hand non temporary desitanations cannot be deleted but can be identified by JNDI name and a bean can look them up on activation. Can the JMS spec be modified to have such Destiantion that can be created and deleted at run-time (like tempDestinations) and and also be indentifiable by a JNDI name(like non-tempDestinations) Thanks Nitin Sr Product Engineer Brightware Inc =========================================================================== To unsubscribe, send email to [EMAIL PROTECTED] and include in the body of the message "signoff EJB-INTEREST".
