Subject: EJBs for a chat system? (I've checked the archives!)
Hi everyone,
Reading through the archives, it appears that the prevailing opinion is that
EJBs are not suitable for a web-based chat application. Seeing as I have
been asked to look into the possibility of EJB-izing an existing one, this
is particularily relevant to me.
So my question is, why would you say that EJBs are not suitable? What WOULD
they be good for in a chat application?
Thanks!
Brooks Duncan
